Karlyn Kelly

Welcome! I’m Karlyn Kelly, a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a unique perspective on nutrition. Recognizing the unique nature of each individual’s journey and the importance of a holistic and personalized approach that addresses not only the physiological needs but also the underlying emotional and psychological factors that contribute to disordered eating, such as trauma, emotional regulation, and self-worth. I am passionate about helping others repair and strengthen their relationship with food and their bodies. Whether you’re seeking support for eating disorders, weight management, chronic disease prevention, digestive health, or navigating life transitions, together we’ll explore mindful eating principles, intuitive nutrition, and body positivity to develop a sustainable and compassionate relationship with food, mind, and body.

My personal journey has been enriched by various experiences – from exploring the world as a flight attendant and immersing myself in diverse cuisines and cultures to deeply understanding the human body through my training as a massage therapist. These experiences, combined with my time as a dietitian at a residential rehabilitation center that focuses on trauma, addiction, mood, and eating disorders, have deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science and a Professional Science Master’s degree with an emphasis in dietetics from the University of Arizona. I completed the Pediatric Pulmonary Center Traineeship and am certified in ERED (Embodied Recovery in Eating Disorders).
